Banishment isn't like time out, where you sit in the side lines until you've done your sentence. No, banishment is the worst possible condemnation, worse then a death sentence. When your put down it's done peacefully and after your mistakes have been forgiven your welcomed back into the bosom of the Goddess. When your banished you'll be forever shunned, never again accepted. Because Angels aren't people who have died, they are people who have been born from the dead with an amazing life force that just outshines anything on Earth. This is why we are Angels. Not because with have wings and wear white dresses and play harps. We are what we are because we have a unique inner light. In fact, that light of ours is so bright that we can be seen from Earth. When you look up into the sky tonight and watch the stars, thats really us. Or rather them. Being stripped of my Flaire is just being part of the banishment, along with the penalty of forever walking human soil. Anatheme has always been a trouble maker, along with her two best and only friends Alex and Hannah. But this time Anatheme went to far, this time she was banished. Now she's on her own down on earth and it's a race against the clock for Hannah and Alex. They must find her and her soul before it's to late. Before they all become utterly and hopelessly fallen forever.

I couldn't breathe, I couldn't move, I couldn't think. I had to save him, but in order to do that I would have to lose myself. The man smiled, "Aren't you a prize? You really have no clue as to how powerful you are. Do you?" ... The Angel realm had been divided into two territories, so war could be avoided by the Angel species. These two territories were the Light kingdom, and the Dark kingdom. You never chose what side to be apart of, when the territories were set in ancient times, they were never tested. You were born into the kingdoms, and no one ever switched sides. Until Rhoslyn Piper. She was the first soul darkened. When she commit an act that the Light angel rulers deemed against the rules, she was set to have her wings and powers removed. But instead of her wings being taken away, they darkened, and she was sent to the dark kingdom, cursed. Rose has been living in the dark kingdom for over a year now, but a new problem faces her. Her former love interest comes back into the picture, her best friend confesses his true feelings for her, but instead of dealing with those things, Rose has to go somewhere an angel has yet to be since the world wars. She has to go to the human world. The journey brings her face to face with more heartache, danger, and trouble. And all at the same time, she meets a dark angel who changes everything. How will she survive? Book 1/3, book #2 coming soon.
