Color. It's something our brain makes up. It doesn't really exist. So how come everyone made a big fuss about meeting and touching their soulmate so they could see in color? After all, what's so bad about black and white? Aren't they colors too? That's what Nico thought anyway. When he was younger he had tried to imagine a new color but had never been able to. His sister had died seeing the world in black in white. Nico didn't see the point of color. That is, until he touches his soulmate and sees what he's been missing out on... Edited January 2024.

Will can't keep these parts of his life separate so he decides that they'll be able to hide Nicos vampireism from his family so that way they can all meet. or: Nico is a vampire and Wills family hates monsters. He brings Nico to meet his family anyways so they have to hide the fact that Nico is a vampire from them. Shit hits the rocks as expected. Tattoos appear on your body to match your soulmate's personality, favorite things, and important events every birthday you have. Will has 19, Nico has 18. When you meet the other, you get one final tattoo that represents the two of you together and when you learn their name, it appears under it. This is a soulmate Cinderella au. Only first few chapters will be the Cinderella part and then I'm going to write what happened after for the rest. By the way, I'm not nonbinary and am used to writing Nico as a boy so please correct me if I make a mistake with the pronouns or something isn't accurate.
