Alex Vega is a 17 year old girl who has a bad girl reputation at her school. She gets into huge trouble by getting into many physical fights. What people don't know about Alex is what happens to her at home. Alex gets physically and verbally abused by her parents. Her dad abuses her physically. He abuses Alex in many various ways. Her mom abuses her verbally. She calls Alex many rude names. Alex feels like complete garbage, but she hides it. She also hides the fact that she has depression, anxiety, paranoia, she self harms, and she's suicidal. Alex hates a lot of people, but she is a huge fan of 19 year old Carter Reynolds. She hasn't met him yet until she runs into him at a store. They get to know each other and start becoming friends. Carter starts crushing on her as they get closer. They start going out, but Alex still hides her darkest secrets from him. Will Carter find out about it?
