Louis and Harry discover on tour that they are gay, and that Larry is real. After Louis proposes to Harry, they decide to tell the other boys, and their worst fears come true. They judge them because of it. This hits Louis hard, and leads to him attempting suicide. Louis passes out, and hits his head, getting a concussion. The attempt had failed, but now he was stuck in the hospital for a year and a half. What will happen when he wakes up and doesn't remember Harry or their relationship?
