A war has raged in this neo-futuristic world for sixteen years when a country develops called the NPR. Communist at heart, the NPR and its President made a statement which caused utter outrage which signalized the start of this war. As the war develops, a bomb is set on a power plant and the people of the NPR (both the President's army and the Rebel's battalions) have been waiting for this momentous occasion. The reason: the explosion will cause a crater so wide, that it will be classified as another country. The rebel, whose experiences are described in this book is the sole man whose dream is to the claim the land and start an independent nation for himself, so he can get out of this hellhole of a country.
