Feliciano Vargas, otherwise known as the personification of Northern Italy, makes his trip to London, England for another world meeting. Yet, he gets caught up in a thunderstorm and resides with his acquaintance Arthur Kirkland, the personification of England. As their friendship transforms into something more, the world around them is falling to the seems. Will the axis and the allies be able to call a truce for this love to bloom. Or will their love be doomed from the start as bloodlust take the axis and allies?
