Millenniums had passed after the battle between the Space Marines and the Chaos Space Marines. They are called by many names but the one that stands out the most is the Angels of Death. With the emperor badly wounded and is now sitting in the iron throne. The Imperium had no choice but to disband the legions into smaller groups called chapters.
