most stories either start with a sad beginning or a happy beginning. this story starts with neither.
this story starts with me,Laurianne.
Laurianne Iris Hansen......hi.
i wouldn't say i'm the type of girl people look up to. I'm 17, don't have a car, don't have a job, don't have a boyfriend, i don't even have a voice. well, i have a voice, i just have never used it. I'm a selective mute. don't ask me why, that isn't something that's open for discussion. It is what it is, soldier.
Anyway, there's a lot of things i've always wanted to tell people, like 'hey!! your hot, i want your number!' or, 'here's how i'm feeling' or even, 'i would like 2 cheeseburgers and a milkshake.' but because for some reason my brain thinks its better for me to stay quiet. figures.

"I am blindly in love with you. Whoever said love is blind was thinking of me" I replied.
She used her hand to feel around my face, and it finally rested on my cheek. I smiled and placed my hand on hers, closing my eyes to savour the feeling. I was enjoying it until I felt a teardrop on my face and when I looked up, I saw she was crying.
"What is wrong my love?" I asked, raising my head from her lap and looking straight in her face.
"Don't you feel ashamed of being in love with a blind girl? Don't you think Blessing is better for you? Don't you get scared that your friends will mock you, What if everybody..."
