He has already captured Olivia and is holding her captive on Saturn's moon, Titan. There he is taking her mind using the infinity gauntlet and is turning her into another of his mindless killing machines. 

Back on earth, the others have problems of their own. They are trying their hardest to track down and rescue Olivia, As well as try to figure out Thanos' plan for them all.
