It's been 15 years after Creed Operation: RedRicker. The presumed dead son of Mark, Aiden, is still alive. He and his friend Mae, daughter of Diana, come to a agreement that once they turn 18, they will join Wings, a rebel group against the corrupt Militia in the streets of the new city, Cryer. It's their job to kill operatives that work for them and kill them. But on mission goes south. They find out that Wings and the Militia are working together to kill Aiden and Mae and are the people who killed their parents. The two go rouge and plan to shut down both teams alone.
