Irene Lee, according to most of the school population, doesn't belong at Heights Academy, one of the most prestigious private schools in the world. Her mother is a under-paid secretary and her father is totally out of the picture. But she pushes through quite well, and manages to guide her way through heirs to million-dollar-companies, and children of movie stars with her two best friends, Evan Markus and Emily Dova. But then, she gets paired with Dean Lancaster, gorgeous, star quarterback, heir to a billion-dollar company for a Biology project. He's just the kind of person she's learned to hate, but soon she learns that Dean is not all that meets the eye. Then everything in her carefully-planned life changes.
