Another metahuman known as Juliette Mitchell arrives in Barry Allen's life. Of Course, things are not the same. This meta is unlike the other villainous criminals he has seen, she's more of a 'good guy' as you could put it. They have similar interests and she ends up popping into most of the crime scenes, could it seem they're more like each other than they thought.
