"One Last Song Before You Leave" is a Luke Hemmings fanfic told in Hannah's point of view. Hannah has always had a crush on Luke ever since they studied together at Christian Norwest College before Luke went to London with his band-mates. Hannah, in the other hand, finished all her studies and now works at a really important Australian magazine, but she doesn't know she is about to meet Luke and Calum at a reunion for their school generation. Hannah still likes Luke, and maybe he likes her too.....
