Matthias Filler a highly intelligent high school graduate, also Dr. Jacob Wyre's nephew and his assistant scientist is trying to end up his apocalyptic plan named Project Scrutiny, by doing this, Matt is going to enhance his own cure that can discharge it's airborne effect uncontrollably. However Matt didn't continue the enhancement of his cure as he noticed something about the outbreak, it turns out that Dr. Jacob's apocalyptic scheme had a very important purpose for the World even though it destroyed most of the human race, as Dr. Jacob knew that there is something very diabolic is go to come soon and the only way to battle them is to let him fulfill his plan.
