Zinnia Lilycove, a 16 year old girl, sent on a quest from Queen Roselina, travels to Mixel Moon and meets a Glowkie named Globert and becomes romantically involved with him. She is named the Glowkie Princess, alongside Infernite Princess Takara and Orbiton Princess Marcia. These three princesses are united as the Cosmic Sailor Scouts.
