Zinnia Lilycove, a 16 year old girl, sent on a quest from Queen Roselina, travels to Mixel Moon and meets a Glowkie named Globert and becomes romantically involved with him. She is named the Glowkie Princess, alongside Infernite Princess Takara and Orbiton Princess Marcia. These three princesses are united as the Cosmic Sailor Scouts. Takara becomes Sailor Infernite, Marcia becomes Sailor Orbiton and Zinnia becomes Sailor Glowkie. The Queen of Darkness, Black Lady, wants to take Zinnia's soul but Takara is curious about Zinnia, and so is Marcia. A Galaxic destiny comes forth. Will the Cosmic Sailor Scouts find a way to defeat Black Lady?
