That lesson wasn't learned the "easy" way. There isn't an easy way. There's so much I've lost in such little time. It was like a bullet to the heart: I wouldn't have ever thought it would happen. If I didn't realize that, all of the experiences would mean nothing, or so close to meaning nothing.
