That degree has recently earned her a job working in Washington on the Behavioral Analysis Unit. Of course it has its benefits, saving lives, getting to travel, nothing too exciting. More benefits come when she's set to work along side Dr. Spencer Reid, a present day Einstein. He's shy, but you could say he comes out of his shell when he's around Delaney.
