Rebels Without A Pulse

After turning the living into the dead, Rowan is quarantined by the government, unable to have human contact. She wastes her days drowning in her thoughts, not knowing if her dreams were reality or reality were her dreams. She is then rescued by a group of kids with abilities, just like hers. Somehow they are all tied together throughout history and they begin an adventure full of survival, love and fear. Are they able to stay hidden from the very people that want to destroy Rowan? Will Rowan ever be able to control herself and her new found ability? Or will she find out she belonged to be quarantined?
