Long ago, there lived two tribes: The Angels and the Devils. The Angels controlled the bliss and joy within a human's life, whereas the Devils were responsible for the pain and grief. Despite the opposing emotions, these emotions worked in harmony, having a slight resemblance to the concept of Yin and Yang.

Everything changed, however, when the Angels took complete control over the well-being of the human race, declaring that the Devils refrain from imposing their negativity on the humans. The Devils retaliated by inventing and imposing curses on humans, and a revolution broke out between the tribes.

Generations later, while war was still going on between the Angels and Devils, two Angels were born: Opalescence Lockheart and Jax Heartley. From their childhood, anyone would practically assume they were brother and sister. Everything seemed to be in bliss between the two, and they were practically inseperable.

And yet, after being denied love countless times from her, Jax's vision changed. No longer did he enjoy being an Angel, but instead enjoyed observing the antics of the Devil tribe. At the age of 13, he let everything behind to be a Devil himself, turning against his own best friend just for satisfaction.

Things come to a halt, however, when the Soulmate celebration comes around, where two lovers come together for an eternity. 

In the end, Opal and Jax are paired (no surprise) and immediately their lives go from luxury to catastrophic. The two must go on a voyage to find a new home, while avoiding the wrath of their tribes. That, as well as the mixed feelings they share, end up driving the two crazy, which can only lead to an even crazier journey of life and love.All Rights Reserved

When Hayden is sent to a boarding school by his parents, and paid for by his grandma, he soon finds out his dorm roommate would be Jaxx. After their crushes on each other grow, they want to date.
