Liam Chenault, the head of security at the United Nations, has built himself a clone army using DNA from the remains of the great warriors of the battle of Troy. If the UN Peace Treaty passes-which requires that all the governments of the world will give up the use of their lethal weapons-these Peacekeepers will ensure that the population of the world is protected from the rebels they know will arise.
