(Currently being rewritten) There was nothing more frustrating than being the best friend of the one of only Damon Salvatore. Finley Maddox had the sometimes-unfortunate role of being said best friend. She and Damon had been best friends since he and his brother were human. Things, however, don't always last long. Things got harder when Damon and his brother Stefan moved back to Mystic Falls; Stefan wanting to have a bit of normality in his life and Damon, in search of who he thought to be the woman he loved. Safe to say, that although Fin stayed where she lived while Damon went to Mystic Falls, it wasn't long before Damon called her and asked for her to come help him.
