It all started with the establishment of the Atheist Party. They took over the world through politics and banned history and art. Their belief was that all religion must be wiped out if the human race can be able to evolve, and they have started with a mass genocide of Christians. All around the world, about 75 of our Christian brothers and sisters are martyred for Jesus Christ at the end of every day, but there is hope. Camp Byzantine, a Christian resistance movement that protests against the Government, is a haven for the persecuted of any religion, and the anchor of my hope.
Who am I? I am Tamar Redwood, a Hidden Christian along with my sister, Esther, and our Guide, David James. Our parents, Decorah and John, were martyred for our faith, and what happened that week and the following weeks are imprinted within my mind. This is my story.

Before She Even Knows

Her mother died giving birth to her and her father never really cared, always working in his successful company. That's why she decides to go to a college away from home, something she's been dreaming of since she can remember. However, what happens when at her very first day on campus, she crosses path with Noah Allen? He is rich, popular, cold, rude and a player just to start with. No surprise she calls him Mr. Grumpy. What is driving her insane though is that he's only too cold when it comes to her. After some not so pleasant moments and lots of glares, she tells herself that the best is to stay away from him, but it won't be that easy. After a disastrous kiss and hidden jealousy, she finds herself deeply involved into what is this frustrating boy. Add to that the fact that he is her roommates' childhood best friend and you can see drama from miles away. Noah claims to hate her ever since they met, and he doesn't mean her first day of college. He remembers her just fine from a couple of years ago and all the feelings are back. He knows she doesn't remember him and he'll use this as his leverage to do what he has to do. It's what he promised his father and himself, even if it means he has to pretend to care for her. All he cares is his family business. At least it's what he tells himself, until the feelings start getting too mixed and he ends up thinking of her more than he should. Maybe it's not all about business after all. My Israel
I was moved to write this story in an effort to educate people about God, His laws and how it caused me to separate myself from a religion I practiced for nearly 40 years. I also hope to inspire others to gain an interest and perhaps, as I have obtained, a passion for studying Biblical Hebrew. I will also uncover a centuries old conspiracy to conceal the actual name of God! Another purpose is to dispel some myths that people that leave The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints leave for only two reasons; they have lost faith, or they have been offended by someone. This is not the case with me, and I believe there is a growing number of people who have left for similar reasons. I want to be clear, my intent is not to destroy the church. I do not have any animosity towards the church nor the leaders or members. I acknowledge many members and leaders of the church are truly dedicated to living the gospel the best they know how. Letters to God (Compact Version)
I feel I should offer a disclaimer; this will not be a book of pretty words and flowing writing. It might even have an odd format with short stories, prayers, poems, journal entries, and autobiographical tendencies. At first, as a blog post, but that didn't appeal to me as much, for my heart has always leaned toward writing books. Then I tried sharing parts of it as short stories, but that didn't sit well with me either. Subconsciously, I've been working on this for years. Finding Christmas
(Completed) Earlier this year, a pandemic crippled the world... December 1 The earthquake hit. December 3 The waters came and the flood overpowered us. My younger brother and sister cry for our parents on the other side of the world. The only consolation I have is "Christmas is coming." My younger sister asked me how we could celebrate Christmas with nothing. I had no answer except, "We'll find a way." *** 2020 brought many unexpected things. The unexpected bad and the unexpected good. With the year coming to a close, I want to dedicate this story to the front-liners, to those living away from family, to the Filipinos affected by the recent typhoons and flood, and to my grandparents who have survived through so much and thrived through it all. Christmas time is the time to be reminded of HOPE, the hope that comes in Jesus' promised birth and life to live, PEACE, the peace that comes from the Prince of Peace alone, JOY, the joy that comes from a fresh start, a new beginning and the birth of a baby (Luke 2:5-7) and LOVE, the love that sent a King down on earth to be a baby so that He could experience life before He'd give His life for us so that we could live with Him (John 3:16) (Not edited. Redemption
Book Two in the Grace Series. This can most certainly be read as a standalone, but I would recommend reading Grace first (and Something New before or after). Either way, enjoy: I spent my entire life trying to earn my parents' love and it just never worked. I wanted that same love Aunty gives me, from my mother. The same discipline Pops instills into me, I wanted from my father. I wanted comfort and care, and at the very least, their attention. It's all I wanted. But I never got it. Something within me still had some sort of hope that things could possibly change. I thought things could be salvaged at some point. I never voiced this to anyone else, but a part of me held onto that. That was shattered with the news they delivered to me. It shook me that they've been divorced, but what did the most damage was that they never even bothered to tell me. It's like they forgot they even have a child together. The people I lived and breathed for...didn't even seem to recall that I existed. That broke me. "I can't do this anymore," I repeat. Pops stares at me in silence before standing and disappearing. My mouth turns down in a frown, not expecting that, but then he comes back. I grit my teeth as he holds an item in his hand. I saw this very same item five years ago as well. The Bible. "Just like then, I won't force you into anything, Austin. You've got a choice-you always have.
