Scarlett likes to think of herself as an outcast. She has no foundation of a family - her father died in a car crash, her mother is an alcoholic, and her older brother, Tommy, is always out smoking and doing drugs, which led to self harm and depression. Scarlett has a job at a small coffee shop, giving up on her music career because of broken promises in the music industry. Scarlett's only escape is music, obsessing over bands, especially Black Veil Brides. One day, having just enough money, Scarlett goes to Warped Tour. She is one of the thousands of fans there, but when she and the lead vocalist for Black Veil Brides, Andy Biersack, make eye to eye, everything changes. He finds her after the performance, and turns her world upside down. What will happen? What changes will be made?
