Scarlett likes to think of herself as an outcast. Scarlett's only escape is music, obsessing over bands, especially Black Veil Brides. One day, having just enough money, Scarlett goes to Warped Tour. She is one of the thousands of fans there, but when she and the lead vocalist for Black Veil Brides, Andy Biersack, make eye to eye, everything changes. He finds her after the performance, and turns her world upside down. What will happen? What changes will be made?
