But is met with complications. Her wolf is damaged. Worse yet, she finds herself unexplainably attracted to the unmated Alpha male. Is he her mate? She doesn't know, her wolf can't tell her. But if she is, will the big, strong, alpha of the Silver Moon pack be willing to accept a flawed wolf as his mate?

Why Me?
This is the story of Alpha Carson and his mate Katie. It is backstory for Alpha Aaron's parents as requested by one of my readers. In fact, one could stay for a thousand years and not hear of a lycan finding a mate. They usually just fall in love and get married or get married without love. The king was the strongest like I read. If him losing his mate would turn him against the entire population of living creatures, then maybe it is my duty to protect her. Thanks. ** They say your 16th birthday is the most important, you know Sweet 16 and all that, but if you happen to be a shifter.. You're 16th birthday is the day you first shift into your wolf. Normally thats not a bad thing because you shift in front of your family and close friends, but if you happen to be the alphas daughter you shift in front of the entire pack.. not so fun. Another thing, on you're birthday you usually meet your mate. I've heard many things about meeting your mate, some very good and some really really bad. I hope for the good..Complete
