Seventeen years old Sam Adams doesn't do well with people. He prefers staying home on the weekends and staying away from parties. He has only one friend- and that's his older sister, who is now off to college, leaving Sam to spend his days at home with his mom and his painting. Until one day, his mother decides to transfer him to an all-boy boarding school, thinking that will force her son to socialize. But Sam didn't tell her that at his old school, he was being bullied. The broken arm she thought had occurred from falling was actually caused by bullies. Now in his new school, Sam learns that everyone has a club they belong to.
