Matthew Thompson is the most determined player on the Aarondale High School Hawks's football team. Playing Defensive-In, Thompson has led his small-town high school to many victories. Matthew has one weakness though, geometry. His football career all depends on the smartest girl in class, Paisley Sampson, his biggest admirer. Here's the catch though, he wants Paisley's best friend Stacy, not her. His whole life is unexpectedly turned upside down when he finally gets what he wants, Stacy, and begins to realize too late that the person that made him happiest was right infront of him all along. How can he get back what he never had?
Paisley Sampson is the Captain of AHSH's Guard team and is famous for her brains, not her beauty. Her main weakness is Matthew Thompson. She knows the stereotypes and is not a fool, but her heart has always fell hard. Does she actually have a chance with the gorgeous jock, although his decieving manner tells her mind differently?
