Sarah Blake had always been known to be spoiled. Her father had no other children and his wife had passed away at Sarah's birth. Over the years, the girl had gotten everything she desired with only two words. However, one night, she is visited by a stranger who requested a home to stay at until he could find a place of his own. She had ultimately rejected him due to his looks, not realizing that the stranger was an angel and told her that until she could find someone who truly loves her for who she was, she would remain a hideous creature and if she could not find love by the time the last rose petal fell, she was doomed to be a hideous creature for all eternity. Sam Winchester was an outcast, he was always that weird kid, the one who never really fit in anywhere. He and his older brother Dean, lived in a farm house on the outskirts of town. While his brother was picking up all the girls, he was always the one who had been busy walking through the forest or researching spells and folklore. This undoubtedly made him the outcast, he wanted to find adventure, and maybe even the one woman he had been looking for. Maybe he might get his chance, when he stumbles across a cottage in the forest and his brother being missing. It was no coincidence that he had run into the cottage. But how far is Sam willing to go? Would Sarah realize her true love? Would Sam? Read "Tale as Old as Time" to find out.
