To him, Harry was the not so smart but kinda cute guy next door, but actually for the whole time Harry was just letting Louis do it on purpose because he really enjoys checking Louis's IP's browsing history and judging his internet purchases and giggling over his ten hours pretty little liars marathons and of course those steamy sites that Louis went.
And honestly there's nothing funnier than waving a friendly "hi!" in the corridor while thinking "i know you actually just jerked off and it's hilarious"
