It's about a girl named shelbi , she has lung cancer , as you can see from the picture she is a beautiful girl but she gets kinda bullied because of her cancer but she has great friends that support her . In her life there is a lot of bad drama, fake love , department , and most of all the cancer. But there is good things friends and family that love her , not fake love but real love , and great memories that were shared with great people ! Shelbi is 15 years old living in a small run down town named delta ,Co. She goes through a lot with her cancer and it's hard for her until she finds a fall back named Cody Long or Chamble ! He's a bad boy though so she has some rough times with him ....
