Bridger and Birdie didn’t seem to have a lot in common. Whilst she was out going, preppy, and a little bit sassy, he was quiet, reserved and angry. What they both didn’t know though, was how similar they really were. Maybe their personalities clashed against each other like raging tidal waves. But they both knew what the word pain could engrave in one’s heart. In a matter of a day, Birdie had managed to lose the most central part of her life. And Bridger, he’d lost a lot more than any average boy his age ever could. And with his fear of human touch, coping with his memories wasn’t easy. So join Birdie and Bridger on their path to self discovery, in which they’ll realise that healing wasn’t a simple process, but it was possible as long as they did it hand in hand.
