Blood sucking creatures are known as "The Infected". Long ago, the world was terrorized by The Infected. The human race was constantly being depleted, and everybody was desperate for a hero to demolish them all. Now, in the modern era known as "The Defective Era", The Infected are continuously being hunted down by a single mortal.
During the Defective Era, a wondering young girl finds a large box hidden in an abandoned house far off the boundaries of the town. What was in it, changed her entire life-- and perspective of The Infected forever.
