This is a book of light verse. It is a collection of poems written between August 1985 to December 1985 unless otherwise stated.

It is dedicated to those who influenced me - William Topaz McGonagall, Spike Milligan and Adrian Mole - who all made me believe I was good at something.

My love of 'bad verse' is because it is the only kind I can write. It is good to know that I am good at something and other people have told me they like it. They are directly influenced by the Adrian Mole books in which I came to see that poetry is something that almost everyone can do in order to make themselves feel better.

The poems are all my own doing so I will take the blame.

This is a personal documentation through poetry. I am learning to look inward now, give myself love when I least want to. I do not live to love others, I live to love myself. I will find and create what is enough for me, and you will learn to let it be enough for you. 2022
