When Rachel moves in with her Aunt and Uncle because her mother died and her dad went off to the Army to fight in the war, but it ended and got no notification he died, she went off into a new school and discovered it's somewhat like her old school, bullies. On her first day Rachel discovered something unknown. Once the school bully, Peter, harassed her she got so frustrated time stopped. Literally, no pun intended. Will she learn to control her powers or will something happen to her while using them?
