The years 2020 and the governments new way of crime stopping police are secret service agents, there are millions of them and you would never know. James, a young 14 year old, his brother Braxton, and his mother Alice get arrested forgiving classified information to the public. James's father Benjamin used to work for the government himself until he gave information to his wife who then proceeded to tell an entire city. For his punishment he was killed and hung in the middle of the street for everyone to see..James and his family have to get used to there new living environments and  have to deal with there punishment for there crimes.
