Olympic gymnast Katie Lansing has kept a low profile since winning three gold medals at the age of 16. Three years after her Olympic appearance, she joins her twin brother, Brady, at Carson University. CU is in the heart of a football town, and after spending most of her time since the Olympics hiding away, Katie is thrust back into the national spotlight when her brother, who is the star quarterback of the school's football team, announces to the media that Katie is his lucky charm.

The CU football team, lead by junior Nick Adessi, decides to protect its quarterback not just on the field, but also off, by setting up Katie with an offensive line of her own. They need to protect their chances at the championship no matter what, and Katie is key to keeping Brady's focus on the field. Katie is suddenly dealing not just with a tough return to competitive gymnastics, but being shadowed by football players every step of the way.
