Story just started high school with her best friend Leo, and she is almost positive that she will be the quiet girl in the corner that no one notices again. Lacrosse sign ups come up, and she keeps debating whether she should join or not. A few years ago, she was the MVP on an elite team, but something happened that made her stop playing, and changed her life forever. It also doesn't help that she is bullied, and tossed around at school like a piece of trash. If it weren't for Leo and a small group of friends, where would she be now? All in just a few months, things will take a turn for the worst. (Editing so be aware names, people, places, and appearances may chafe thorough out the book!! I will also be going back through old chapters now and then to make them sound better!! Thanks for y'all's patience!!!)

Beth's life was simple: go through school to get out, meaning she does have to be a bit of a good-girl. Once she finds out that the high school crush of every pubescent girl is the son of her father's friend, she's suddenly treated like the Queen of England. Her routines change as she is no longer able to go through her senior year peacefully. Will everything go wrong? Will her life be changed by one of the hottest guys in school? Disclaimer: this story depicts bullying and abuse that I (a then 13 year old) was unbeknownst to exaggerated and socialized ignorance. I very much don't agree with some decisions to move the plot forward though the story isn't all that. For young women reading, the treatment and abuse of some of these characters is absolutely unacceptable and be aware of that. This is just a trigger warning.
