Annis Cook was supposedly Spiderman's biggest fan...

Annis was your average fangirl, obsessing over celebrities, like Spiderman. One day, Annis went on a field trip to Manhattan's science museum. Out of the ordinary, the cross-species of spiders appealed to her, even though she was deathly afraid of spiders. She opened the box full of them, but she didn't notice the one dangling from the lid. Setting the lid, she looked into the box.

Someone called her name and she quickly put the lid back on, not noticing one of the missing spiders.

She felt dizzy the rest of the day, maybe a little sick, and took a long nap.

When she woke up, nothing was the same.

Nor would it ever be.
