As quiet as a mouse and as sweet as sugar young April Smith is more than what meets the eye. At home Aprils parents fight constantly, her uncles abuse her and her aunts are alcoholics, her only friend committed suicide and so much more is attacking April emotionally and physically. For sixteen years April has been dealing with her family problems setting her dark emotions aside trying to do what's best for her family but what happens when her emotions overpower her causing sever anger and depression?
