I was hoping that this hadn’t been a random occurrence. If you were a random occurrence, I was the one person that you avoided - for various reasons.
Reason #1: A mild case of OCD.
Reason #2: This was Saturday, and Saturday was the day when everyone just wanted to chill. Nothing random ever happened on a Saturday.
