Tekina Seishin is a psychic jounin who's training her students Chiyakuya and Sakura to become ninjas. She's calm, intelligent and kind with strong skills. She uses her telekinesis and psychic powers such as sensing danger, which makes her a unique type of jounin. Although, she has no type of jutsu and she is still young. At the age of 18, Tekina has to try and help her students train while gaining respect from other jounins by winning a contest.
