The year is 2074 and a new society has been created. Since a horrible disaster in 2017 causing deaths of 27 civilians all under the age of 17. A Ferris Wheel ,that was not maintained properly, tipped over destroying all life on it and on the roller coaster track next to it. The society has created a new law since then. All attractions must have a separate dome around the premises of its ride. All Water/Theme parks must have a full plastic/Glass dome surrounding the entire park. "Hydro Atronic's" Is what they now call the newest and biggest water park in the city of Milwaukee. That's not all that's new. A group of highly trained rogue soldiers now roam the far part of the city.
