A hundred years after The Great Nuclear War, humanity has changed. When a child is thirteen years of age they bare tested for a ability so many have, the power to change into a dinosaur. The Nuclear War sent a mutation into the human gene that mutates the person into their inner Dino. When a secret group called the 'D.R.'
