Three dead bodies turn up just before Semana Santa, in a small tourist town in Guatemala, one of them is that of a seven year old boy. Aware of past goverment corruption, and concerned for her close friend Luz, who has been wrongly accused of the murders, Canadian Lorrie Hugh, turns into an amateur sleuth and heads south determined to leave no cobblestone unturned until the case is solved.
