Toby Caldwell wants nothing more then to go back to Seattle and escape her mother who has dragged her to the beach town of Viewpoint, California to get away from her cheater of a dad and his new girlfriend. From the first day she hates it, and doesn't receive too warm of a welcome from town superstar slash life guard, Logan Brinks. she hates him and his high and mighty attitude and wishes he would just disappear. But when they are paired with one another for a project that forces them together Toby realizes that there is more to Logan than a hunky bod and a jerky attitude.
