Apart of the Cruel World Circus

This is a story about a girl named Jonnie Oliver who deals with being in highschool like any other teenage girl. But Jonnie has a secret; dealing with self harming, depression, bulimia and poor body image along with being a gender fluid is quite hard for her.
Jaxson Moode, Jonnie's best friend since second grade slowly starts noticing her changes and becomes aware of his best friends behavior.
Soon, Jonnie starts to spiral out of control; she meets a boy named Devin and he introduces her into drugs and alcohol and illegal things.
Will Jonnie be the good girl she once was, or keep spiraling until she hits rock-bottom at full force and dies?
