Ashby, an 17 year old werewolf, finally takes over as alpha to one of the biggest packs in the United States. Growing up, Ashby knew what it was like to have a loving family. His mother and father was always there supporting him in everything he does, even if the decision wasn't always a good choice. He wanted to be just like them when he took over as alpha. Ashby thought he had one more year to be the teenager that he deserved to be. That is until his parents were killed.
Naomi, a 16 year old human girl, trying to survive this so called life alone. Her mother was murdered and her father left her to fend for her self. Struggling to get through high school, working and paying bills, Naomi wonders when she will have to stop being an adult and actually get to live life that she is supposed to. Naomi wonders if she will ever get to experience love. She's beginning to think that love is just something that happens in books.
**This book is going to be in Ashby's point of view. I wanted to change it up a bit but this is my first book and I hope I don't disappoint. Some of the book may be in her point of view but I don't think it will right now.**
