In a futuristic world a deadly toxin was released into the air and now half of humanity have lost the ability to speak. Being pushed into the wilderness the group of non-speakers who are now called the voiceless have become corrupt with madness and violence. 
Russell and Amelia meet each other in the wastes and after events unfold the two must survive together while they venture out into the city and search for a zeppelin they assume has crashed. 
But monsters lurk in the darkness of the night and swarms of the voiceless are hiding around every corner.
