How To Heal

After witnessing a tragedy that put herself, as well as her family into a state of Depression, Blake James and her family decided to leave the barren state of Utah and move their horse ranch to green and lush Oregon. There, Blake is faced with the challenges of attending an actual school. After being homeschooled with her brothers her whole life, anti-social and horses-over-people Blake is forced into situations she never planned- nor wanted- to experience. After making an unlikely trio of friends by refusing to move tables and catching the attention of arrogant and insufferable man whore/bad boy, Brody King, who thinks of his surname as more of a title than a name, Blake finds herself relying on the one thing she can trust to get her through the rest of this miserable year, the magical beings that are horses.
