These kids are something special. 

Ace is 16 and convinced that everyone she's ever trusted wants her dead. Sure, she's pretty smart, and she's very strong, but does that really mean she's a threat to the program? She just wants to be like the girls in books and movies, and she doesn't think that's too unreasonable a request. But then she's pulled out of her small, familiar world and the truth about her life hits her like a brick. The school she thought was helping her was working to make her their perfect little weapon. 

With the help of her newly found band of misfits (read: friends), she has three things on her to-do list:
1. Find the truth (the whole truth, nothing but the truth)
2. Do some good
3. Don't let them catch her
