There are so many unanswered questions in the world.

A lot of them include the term 'love'.

What is love anyway? Is it real, or just an illusion, just so powerful you believe it's actually a stable feeling or emotion?

Every single human is capable of this 'love' concept. Whether they like it or not. If that's the case, what do you call a somewhat human who doesn't, or can't?

That would be Ravenswood. Robin Ravenswood. The successful killing creation of a government run assassin agency, who happens to be half human. The other half would be metal. Too unnaturally beautiful to be human and to... human to be a machine.

When Robin is assigned to an assessment, her immunity to love starts to somehow waver. If closing your eyes is the entrance way to peace, can opening your eyes change your 'destiny'?

"Stop pretending to be an idiot, idiot." Ouch. It burns. "You're starting to sound like a dear old friend of mine," she adds, her tone implying that her "friend" isn't so much of a "friend" as a mortal enemy who she probably also dragged into an alley on multiple occasions. Because she must be a fan of alley-dragging. Theater major. "I bet that friend was super amazing," I retort anyway. "She'd have to be to put up with you." Oh! Snap! I grin like an idiot at my own joke, realize how uncool that is, and then quickly rearrange my face into a frown. "I'm sorry. I don't quite understand. You're supposed to be a superhero, so why are you threatening a fellow superhero? Isn't that kind of against our code or whatever?" "You don't have a code. Superheroes who follow codes don't drop off information about people's allegedly dead sons at their doorsteps and then run." Well, can't say she doesn't have a point there. -- After being framed for the horrific murder of Birchwood City's most revered superhero's six year-old son, Maya Waterman abandons her super-villain persona and finds herself lost without any sense of identity and purpose. Being hunted by a vengeful super is hard enough, but after her employer fires her and she's evicted from her apartment, Maya begins to become something she had prayed she would never become again- helpless. She needs nothing less than a miracle to save herself, and much to her surprise, she gets just that-- even if it entails her trying her hand at becoming a good guy for once.

**** The drive back to Fox Tower was silent between Andrew's group. The Foxes victory against the Ravens left the team rattled with happiness. Matt and the others chatted away cheerfully on the ride back. Neil sat behind Andrew. He still felt the push of Andrew's lips against his. Neil brought hand up to his face and ran his thumb over his bottom lip, his heartbeat quickened as he thought about it. All his life he had been running, but the Foxes gave him a home. They refused to give him up, even though they now all knew who he was, where he had come from. But his past did not define him, he carried it with him, but it couldn't weight the Exy-player down anymore. Only the now counted, the present. - Neil had needed this appreciation. The auburn haired was feeling tingly all over, aching, sweating. Andrew lay beside him, following his example. His expression was saying something different than 'boring'. He was just as exhausted as Neil was. He turned away to not look at the striker. Neil wondered on that. As the blonde turned around to face him again, his eyes were glistening, his lips formed a tight line. "What are you-", Neil began, but Andrew's hand flew fastly in front of his mouth, covering up the words he intended to ask. "Don't talk", Andrew told him in a growly voice, "This ain't getting no easier with you" Neil took Andrew's hand off his mouth, which Andrew didn't protest against. "Geez", Andrew responded, then grabbed Neil by his waist and pulled him closer, not letting go of Neil's hand in the process. "You're so downright annoying, I want to smack you" **** This is mostly for me and my stupid self to let my fantasies play, feel free to read it, though. **** I started off when the 3rd book ended. *Warning: includes spoilers* (It mostly contains Andreil) Have fun :) *these characters belong to Nora Sakavic*
